Game Based Learning
‘Gamification’ is an increasingly popular model for eLearning, where the ‘game’ approach is used to teach learners in a more engaging way than conventional models. It won’t always be the method to use, and will depend greatly on whether it suits a particular subject, but this will be discussed with you during the consultation process.
In our experience, we find games-based learning is often more suited to K-12 sector, soft skills, and decision-making training. Games by nature have a more complicated structure and for this reason we advise our clients that planning and testing may take longer than our conventional eLearning courses, but the results can be outstanding.

Rapid Authoring
If you are looking for quick turnaround for your courses, we undertake rapid course development projects, too. While rapid development may not be as flexible or powerful as custom eLearning courses, they have their own place in the sun.
Rapid authoring tools offer the advantage of quick development and lower costs, with only a slight loss of fidelity as compare to custom development tools. Rapid authoring is by no means inferior when it comes to delivering a quality learning experience – with effective application of instructional design, courses developed using these tools can be interactive and engaging. At Learn Tew, we know how to leverage our expertise and these rapid authoring tools to your advantage.
Simulations
We can create custom simulations that aid in learning acquisition, which could very well include 3D components. New software training is an example of a course that often includes a high degree of interactivity and simulations. eLearning that is simulation puts an emphasis on portraying concepts through various mediums, usually starting with text graphics, with audio, and video examples. Afterwards, there is often a “try-it” mode where users can practice the new skills.
